New Research Study for People Who Have Had COVID-19

Digital health company Curatio and health assessment int elligence company Molecular You are looking for Canadians to participate in a research study to help determine whether individuals who have had COVID-19 have a higher risk of chronic disease compared to individuals who have not.

If you have had COVID-19, you are invited to complete a short survey to see if you qualify to participate.

Those who qualify and complete the study will receive:

  • $50 Amazon Gift Card
  • Highly detailed health report that identifies risk of chronic diseases such as cardiovascular disease, diabetes, depression, and Alzheimer’s disease, to name a few.
  • Action plan that outlines ways to improve your health inclusive of exercise, nutrition, and supplementation, specifically tailored to each participant’s molecular profile.
  • Access to a private app community for others who have or have had COVID-19

Your valuable participation will contribute to a stronger understanding of the long term effects of COVID-19 in the future.

Am I Eligible?

  1. Must be 19 or older
  2. Must have been diagnosed with COVID-19 by an official health authority OR you have experienced loss of taste/smell and/or other COVID-19 related symptoms, which could not be explained by an alternate diagnosis, for at least 14 days AND have NOT tested negative for SARS-CoV-2 within at least 10 days after onset of symptoms.
  3. Must currently reside in Canada.
Please note that participation requires access to Molecular You testing sites which are currently located in Alberta, Ontario and British Columbia.
